I have been working on our webpage that goes with this blog & I am adding new info daily.
I
finally got a scanner/printer/copy machine but we have 6 milk crates
full of documents to scan & add, so it has been slow going.
I
have switched it to chronological order in most cases to make it easier
to understand & I am very much computer challenged so it can be slow
going. For certain parts that have too much documentation I have given
them their own page.
I have also gotten permission to add the
stories of the other people that I have been blogging about & 2 of
those cases are even more complicated than mine & have about 5 times
MORE paperwork. It may come down to me having to create a whole new
page for each 3 of the cases.
I literally have 1000's of emails
from people who have given me information but most times it doesn't come
with documentation so that leaves me to do the footwork on a very
limited income & if I have to choose between buying a senior dog
food or paying for records that is a no-brainer. I am a rescuer first so
my priority is always going to be animals & people.
I am not
sure of the reason why but these kinds of cases always seem to be like
an onion, layer after layer of BS, especially when there are multiple
agencies & actors involved but it would behoove you to thoroughly
read through ALL of the information.
Even if you never end up in a
situation like this you will know someone very soon who will...
Unfortunately the laws meant to protect animals are being used to abuse
people & to make money.
My case is NOT unique, & it will
become even more common. The city doesn't care, they have
UNLIMITED tax
payer funds at their disposal & once my case took on a life of it's
own it was bonded, so I can sue them, I can fight them & they can
spend literally millions more fighting me.
The state of Washington
tax-payers & the bonding company is the one who will pay for their
mistakes.
The only thing that will save the bonding company is if
they have provisions in their bond that say if the city has violated any
Federal laws or there is irrefutable evidence of misconduct they may
not have to pay & the insurance companies have been on my page quite
often.
Unfortunately there is nothing to protect the state, as
long as they continue to let these cities behave this way, then they are
liable. It is not some entity that will pay for this, it is hard
working honest citizens of the state which is why it makes it so hard
for me to proceed with my lawsuits & tort claims. Realistically it
is not my fault that these people chose to conduct themselves in this
way, but if I back down they will continue to act this way.
Below are the links to the different pages on our site. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask!
“You
just need to be a flea against injustice. Enough committed fleas biting
strategically can make even the biggest dog uncomfortable and transform
even the biggest nation.”
If
you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever.
Use a pile-driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again.
Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack!- Winston Churchill
