Rose Adams to serve 16 days in jail & possess no animals for 2 years. To be retried!

After YEARS of trying to clear my name, & save the dogs Rose Adams has been torturing for years, it has come to this.

The dogs are safe & now all the jerks that tried to destroy me or believed this woman's crap are going to be paying, via their pocketbooks. I have been working on civil lawsuits for quite a few of them.

My Appeal is moving forward & once that gets resolved there is going to be hell to pay for anyone involved in

A) Getting Rose animals... (yes all 3 of you)
B) Slandering & attacking me
C) for the city of Everett Animal Shelter murderers.

They better hope to God that my animals are still alive & thriving. Since the Snohomish County Govt has spent so much time on my page consider this: I am coming after all of you & I won't quit even if I have to take it to the US Supreme Court, I have nothing but time on my hands & for the people who have went on their bashing campaign against, I don't care if I have to come to your state to sue the fiss out of you I have family in all 4 places.

Judge Fair did the right thing. Directly after the verdict was announced about the deadlock HE had already decided that she was going back to trial. So we will prepare for the next trial & pray that this time the prosecutor gets her point across LOUD & CLEAR this time.

It was an emotional day in Edmonds Municipal Court Wednesday as Rose Adams was sentenced to 16 days in jail and ordered to pay $630 in fines for violating Edmonds laws limiting the number of pets to five per household. In addition she will serve two years probation, during which the court ordered that she may not possess any domestic animals.
Alternatively tearful, argumentative, subdued and bellicose, Adams on Wednesday presented Municipal Court Judge Douglas Fair with a list of arguments and extenuating circumstances to justify a lighter sentence. She stressed her strong love for animals, tearfully describing them as “like her children,” as she asked to not be prohibited from possessing pets for two years. Wednesday’s actions do not mark the end of Adams’ court appearances. In addition to her upcoming retrial on two counts of animal cruelty, she has several other charges pending, including dog nuisance and various traffic violations.

So once again we get to go through the countless motions, hearings, stall tactics & BS that Rose is so adept at but in the end she will pay for the suffering of the children & animals she has hurt in some small way. She will no longer be on the news talking about anyone, she can no longer call CPS & lie about people, she has no credibility anymore.

Her reign as the "animal rights" impersonator are over now. Her words are underlined below, they are chilling once you get a grasp of the whole situation. Especially the part about the way you treat your children, this coming from a woman who punches her own children & abuses them so badly that she never got them back & was charged with child abuse/assault of a child. Too bad the judge in her case didn't see these articles or the video, maybe he'd have given her the same sentence.

1-year sentences in puppy mill case
"I don't think that's fair to the community. I don't think that's fair to the animals," said Rose Adams, who gathered most of the evidence against the Larsens. "The animals had to live in cages. Why shouldn't she have to sit in a cell for year along with her husband?" Maximum or not, the sentence left Adams fuming. "Those animals were treated like they were nothing, like they were garbage. And you wouldn't treat your child that way. Why would you treat your animal that way?" she said.

Rose Adams of Mill Creek adopted Poncho, a red merle chihuahua.Her dog seems as if he still is frightened by people, she said.She too was pleased with the guilty pleas and said she will ask a judge for stiff penalties for the Larsens.“I think they should suffer,” she said.

There is something good about all of this though. Brownie, Mugsy & Sadie are doing well & overcoming the horror that they lived through thanks to the loving kindness of Balanced Bullies Rescue and Rehabilitation!

The reason I fought, the reason I cried, the reason I would NOT give up, the reason that more then 25,000 people came together from all over the world. Soon the horror that was her life will be gone forever. Her bravery, her capacity to love & forgive is something to stand in awe of... maybe someday I can grow up to be just like her.
