As promised I went down to the Snohomish County Courthouse to file my Motion for Contempt of Court  to look up the charge that Hans-jakob Lueck was facing & HOLY FRIKKIN COW!!!

So here is the information sheet so I can establish I am in fact talking about Hans Jakob Lueck the director of Ginger's Death Row Pet Rescue.

 

Here is the charging paper showing he was arrested for manufacture of a controlled substance



Okay this is where it gets interesting to me...

This is the Affidavit of Probable cause it just states the incidents surrounding the arrest & why the state believes they have a case...

Okay I have ALWAYS thought there was more of a relationship between Ginger, her husband, Everett Animal Control Officers,

 LOOK ON PAGE 2 THE SECOND PARAGRAPH AND TELL ME THE FIRST NAME YOU SEE ON THEIR DRUG DISTRIBUTION LEDGER, BUT TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE SPELLING!!! IF I AM CORRECT AS TO WHO THIS IS THIS WHOLE THING HAS JUST GONE FEDERAL!!!

Honestly I don't do drugs, I am allergic to alcohol so I don't drink but given the choice of which should be legal I think marijuana should be legal & alcohol should be outlawed.

If Mr Hans Jakob Lueck had just had some in his possession for his own personal use then it would not be of issue but the money to grow the pot to make more money UNDOUBTEDLY came from the proceeds of Ginger's Death Row Pet Rescue...

AREN'T YOU GLAD TO KNOW THAT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THAT YOU THOUGHT WAS GOING TO HELP ANIMALS IS ACTUALLY GOING TO THE GROWTH & DISTRIBUTION OF AN ILLEGAL MARIJUANA FACILITY???

THAT WAS AWFUL NICE OF ALL OF YOU ADOPTERS TO PAY FOR HIS BAIL & FOR HIS ATTORNEY LOOKING AT THE CASE IT SEEMS HE GOT THE BEST LAWYER YOUR MONEY COULD BUY.
